His vision has always been to simplify the financial journey by providing integrated, professional, and personalized advice that evolves with clients through every stage of life and business. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in accounting, in 1991 and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation, in 2000, Tarek combines technical expertise with a client-first approach. His philosophy centers on understanding each client's unique goals and developing tailored strategies that provide clarity, confidence, and long-term financial security. He also serves as a financial advisor and insurance advisor through affiliated firms. Driven by integrity, professionalism, and a passion for helping others succeed, Tarek continues to empower clients to make informed financial decisions while fostering a culture of excellence and trust within Capital Pro Group.

Joseph Mansour is a Partner of Capital Pro Bookkeeping and Capital Pro Taxes, where he has been involved since 2020. He brings more than 25 years of professional experience in accounting, corporate auditing, and financial administration to both corporations. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Lebanese University. His career in accounting began in 1995 in Lebanon, where he gained extensive experience in accounting and financial management. He later joined the Lebanese Ministry of Finance, where he spent 20 years, including 16 years as a Corporate Auditor. Throughout his career, Joseph has developed strong expertise in accounting, financial administration, corporate auditing, and tax-related matters. He brings this extensive professional background to Capital Pro Bookkeeping and Capital Pro Taxes, contributing valuable knowledge and experience to the services provided to clients. With a strong passion for numbers, accuracy, and attention to detail, Joseph is committed to providing practical, professional, and reliable financial services while building lasting relationships with clients.
